CPS2

CPS1 e CPS2 ambas são placas de árcade (aquelas antigas maquinas de fliperama rodavam com placas) fabricadas pela Capcom, a placa CPS1 foi lançada em 1988 e estreou nada mais nada menos com Street Fighter II o jogo de luta mais famoso de todos os tempos! Já o CPS2 foi lançada em 1993 e estreou com Super Street Fighter II.
Mas porque lançaram a CPS2 se ja existia a CPS1?
Porque a CPS1 era uma placa que não tinha uma proteção de cripitografia suficientemente segura e foram criadas varias versões de seus jogos por fora (Piratas), por isso tiveram que inventar a CPS2 para que os jogos fossem mais seguros e não fossem feitas copias por ai.
